These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Hera Couture. By browsing the site or buying from us, you accept them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we send written confirmation, and a contract is formed at that point.

We may decline an order where a piece is unavailable, where a price or description has been listed in error, or where payment cannot be verified.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST where it applies. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Made-to-order gowns are confirmed in writing, including the production time and any payment schedule, before work begins.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are cut and made for you specifically. Measurements are taken or supplied at the outset and the gown is produced to them.

Because each piece is made individually, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Our fabrics are natural and, in many cases, hand-finished. Slight variation in colour, weave and drape between pieces is a characteristic of the cloth rather than a fault.

Screens render colour differently. Where an exact shade matters, ask us for a swatch before you order.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

The designs, photography, text and marks on this site belong to Hera Couture or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.

Our gowns are original designs. We take copying seriously and will act to protect that work.

We take care that everything on this site is accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
