This policy explains what we collect when you browse this site, request an appointment or place an order with Hera Couture, and what we do with it.

We collect only what we need to run the atelier and serve you well, and we do not sell your personal information.

Contact details you give us — your name, email, phone number and delivery address — along with your order history and any notes from your appointments.

Where you send them, we also hold measurements and fitting notes, so that a gown made for you is made correctly.

To process and deliver your order, to arrange fittings and appointments, to answer your enquiries, and to keep the records our accountants and the law require.

If you have opted in, we also use your email address to send occasional news about collections and events.

Only the parties needed to complete your order — our payment processor, our couriers, and the platform this store runs on.

Each handles your information under its own obligations, and none of them receive it for their own marketing.

This site uses cookies to keep your cart and moodboard intact between visits, and to understand which pages are useful.

You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings. The cart and moodboard rely on them, so those features will not persist without them.

Order and appointment records are kept for seven years, as New Zealand tax law requires.

Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it, which you can do from any email we send or by asking us directly.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and to have anything inaccurate corrected.

Write to us and we will respond within twenty working days.
