Scott & I met when we worked together back in 2017! We were both living in Hamilton at the time & I decided early on to move back to Tauranga, but we survived the long distance & soon enough Scott made the move over the hill to be with me too. We are now happily married & have 1 crazy kiddo who is 2!
My dress was perfect! I wanted something that made me feel like a princess but also I felt comfortable in. This dress was exactly that. I like the idea of a second dress but I wanted something I could wear all day/night and not need to change, as I only get to wear it once! I think at the end of the day, go with your gut. You know what you like & what you feel is right for you.
The most special part for me was probably the ceremony! I was so nervous before I walked down the aisle, but as soon as I saw my husband, everything was fine & I actually had so much fun saying our vows etc. in front of all our loved ones. Of course the dance floor was also a fav part of the day!
Hera has always been a dream designer to work with. I honestly never thought I would be lucky enough to wear one of her beautiful gowns so this was a pinch me moment/process. Every single stylist I worked with was amazing & clearly the best in the biz. I was lucky enough to have won my dress, but if I had paid the full price, not a penny would have gone to waste. Exceptional designs, quality, staff & attention to detail.
