FAQ

Q: Where will the event be held?

A: We have secured a luxurious Melbourne CBD location for this special event.

Q: Do I have to pay for appointments?

A: This event is by appointment only. Each appointment runs for approximately one hour, and there is an AUD 60 appointment fee. This fee is redeemable towards your gown.

Q: How many guests can I bring with me?

A: We ask that you to bring a maximum of 3 guests with you due to limited space.

Q: Will you have all your gowns there? 

A: We will make every attempt possible to ensure your requested gowns are available during the event in your size. We really wish we could bring our entire collection, but we have limited space. If your favourite gown isn’t at the event, we will do our best to show you something similar to give you as best an idea as possible!

Q: Can I still order the gown after the pop-up?

A: Yes, you can! Even so, we may have some special offers or discounts that is available during the event only.

Q: Is there anything special I need to bring to the event?

A: Not really! But please do bring your wedding gown inspirations to the event. Please wear minimum make-up and fragrance to the event.  If you want, you can also bring nude, seamless undergarments and your wedding heels.
